Basic district information
The "Who represents me?" page lets you type in your residence address, and it tells you which districts you live in. (Note, it's not always right. Also, sometimes it will show multiple districts for one address. To get definitive district information, you should talk to your county voter registrar or look at your voter registration card.)

Wednesday, January 2, 2008 - Deadline to file a candidate application (5:00 pm)
Tuesday, March 11, 2008 - Precinct conventions (Selection of delegates to county conventions)
Saturday, March 15, 2008 - County conventions (Nominations for all offices contained within a single county)
Saturday, March 22, 2008 - District conventions (Nominations for all district offices crossing county lines)
Saturday, June 14, 2008 - State convention (Nominations for all statewide offices)

Some applications are filed with the state chair, and others are filed with the local county chair. To figure out which, look at this page:
